Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using hordesofthefallen.com or participating in the Hordes of the Fallen Alpha/Beta/Game programs.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting your email address, joining the waitlist, participating in any Alpha/Beta version of the Game, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have valid parental/guardian authorization.
By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the provided email address.

4) Alpha/Beta Access & Distribution

Signing up does not guarantee access to the Alpha/Beta or future releases. Access may be granted based on, but not limited to:

Testing requirements and available slots,
Referral participation or engagement activity,
Technical compatibility, region, or platform limitations,
Random selection or other discretionary methods.

We reserve the right to limit, revoke, suspend, or deny access at any time without notice and without liability.

5) Nature of Pre-Release Versions

The Game may be unstable, contain bugs, crashes, performance issues, incomplete content, and may undergo changes without notice.
Data or progression may be wiped at any time.
You agree to use pre-release versions at your own risk.

6) Feedback & User Contributions

Any feedback, suggestions, or reports you provide may be used freely for Game development without obligation or compensation. You waive any intellectual property claim arising from such contributions.

7) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Distribute, resell, or share Alpha/Beta access keys, codes, or accounts without permission,
Use bots, scripts, or spam to manipulate referrals or signups,
Exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Game or site,
Cheat, hack, modify game files, or attempt to bypass restrictions,
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or unlawful behavior within community channels.

Violation may result in suspension or revocation of access without refund or compensation.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, assets, logos, art, text, mechanics, audio, and related elements of Hordes of the Fallen are owned exclusively by Federico Figone. You receive only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access pre-release versions for testing purposes.

9) Referral System

Users may receive referral codes to invite others to join the waitlist. Abuse (e.g., self-referrals via fake emails, bot-generated traffic, spam campaigns) is prohibited. We may monitor referral activity and disqualify suspicious or fraudulent entries.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE GAME (INCLUDING ALPHA/BETA VERSIONS) AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, INTERRUPTIONS, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

Server outages or downtime,
Software bugs or crashes,
Internet connection failure,
Unauthorized access due to user negligence.

11) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or waitlist at any time for misconduct, inactivity, or any reason deemed necessary.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing participation implies acceptance of updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Italy.
